Land Rover Monthly Magazine recently performed a product review on a range of Crimping Tools and concluded that the magazine’s ‘Best Budget Buy’ accolade be awarded to the Draper 4 Way Crimping Tool (Stock No. 13657).

“This really doesn’t feel like the cheapest tool here. It’s slightly thicker than most, which makes it less prone to flexing. And even the handles are incredibly well padded. But perhaps the most surprising aspect is how well each part works. The blade is super sharp – easily munching through our 35 Amp cable – and even the stripping blades proved effortless to use. The crimping jaws are impressive too, producing some of the most secure crimps in the group. In fact, only the Best Buy, and the ratcheting models, beat the tool in this respect, But, apart from an ignition terminal former, no uninsulated terminals are catered for.
